Essay “What is my profession for me? Essay by an elementary school teacher. What is the profession of a teacher for me?

I AM A TEACHER, AND THIS MEANS.
“The matter of raising a child is the greatest matter
difficulties and difficulties.
“...” It is not the teacher who educates, but the whole society as a whole,
the whole atmosphere and the whole environment of our culture and life,
all living everyday life, in which there are no trifles.
Our every action that children see or hear
each of our words is the intonation with which it is pronounced,
are droplets falling into that act,
which we call the life of a child, the formation of his personality.”
V.P. Kashchenko.
Teacher is a general name for a number of professions such as teacher, lecturer, kindergarten teacher and some others. Thus, this is a person whose work is aimed not only at training people, starting from a very early age, but also at their upbringing and comprehensive education. But, first of all, a teacher is a calling, not a specialty or profession.
Thus, good teachers become people who are interested in the results of their work, have deep knowledge about the subject and are able to competently convey it to the minds of their students. In addition to the knowledge and skills of a psychologist, you must have a balanced character, patience and the ability to explain. The ability to establish contact with children, as well as with adults with different characters, is also necessary, i.e. with children's parents and work colleagues.
Russian teacher V.A. Sukhomlinsky said that a teacher is a person who not only gives knowledge to children or educates a person, but a person who, by his presence next to the student, becomes part of the life of the student, understands his soul, rejoices and grieves with him. him of his successes and failures. The main thing in the profession of a teacher is his love for children, the ability to understand the movements of a child’s soul, the ability to trust and be objective and fair. The ability to accept and understand a child is probably something a person who later becomes a teacher is born with.
One of the few positive results of the changes taking place in our country is the initial rethinking by society of its attitude towards preschool children. It is with this category of children that I have been working for 15 years. These children became family and loved ones to me. And if I were offered to change my profession, I would firmly refuse. Yes, the work of a teacher is very complex, difficult, but important and necessary.
I chose my profession in kindergarten; I had an example before my eyes. This is my mother, she worked in a kindergarten for 38 years as a teacher. From early childhood I watched her work, from childhood I visited my mother at work, I often had to sit in her classes and draw quietly, so as not to distract my mother. I saw how the children’s eyes lit up, how their mother told something with interest, that’s when I realized that I would work in a kindergarten. This is how my professional career began. I went to work with children with great joy, because children who needed me were waiting for me.
And the longer I worked in kindergarten, the more I became involved in the problems of my students. And with what pride do you look at your graduates, thinking about how everyone will have a successful future life? And then years pass, and your students come running to visit and say thank you. That’s how I worked, releasing and recruiting new children. I try to put my whole soul into my students, all the knowledge that children need in later life.
In modern times, people understand that each of us is individual, that each has his own destiny, he must find his own path himself and walk along it firmly and confidently. In our time, a person can and should explore the world. It is, of course, not possible to know everything, so we must use time as rationally as possible and realize our abilities.
The teacher must set an example of optimism and individuality, without them there is nowhere. Only participation in various kinds of competitions, interest in many techniques, visiting various clubs and sections, communication with intelligent people can provide an interesting, eventful, eventful professional side of life.
And I would like to end my essay with the words:
To be a kindergarten teacher -
Everyday difficult task
You need to be sensitive, kind, attentive,
So that everyone's heart hurts,
So that children love like mothers
And they ran like chickens,
Round dances so that we can dance together
And they ran to the call for lunch
The teacher will put his soul into it,
Without any remainder - he will farm it out,
He will be with everyone - the best friend
In the morning and late in the evening.
Let the children grow and become stronger,
Day by day, becoming smarter,
A kindergarten teacher -
My good work is wonderful!

It just became familiar to us to see,
It’s impossible not to notice this
What do teachers usually do?
Tired eyes in the evening...
I know what it is
Children are a restless swarm!
You won’t find peace here with just one,
And not with such a crowd.

This one is funny, and this one looks askance,
There the fighter is already starting a fight...
What about questions? Thousands of questions...
And everyone requires an answer.
How much affection and care is needed,
Hear everyone, understand everyone...
Grateful and hard work
Constantly replacing mom...

“A teacher for me is...”

Comment #1: A wonderful teacher! It is very serious! There are not many of them, but they remain in the soul for life!

Comment #2: The teacher for me is my wife...)

Comment #3: Not a job, but a way of life.

Comment #4 : A teacher is not only a person who gives knowledge, but a person who is a teacher for me in life.

Comment #5:

One day I thought about what desire accompanies a person all his life? The answer was both simple and complex - this is the desire to learn something new, unknown, to go where no one has been before, to learn how to create miracles with your own hands.
The profession of a teacher makes it possible to realize all these desires every day. Look: in the course of professional activities, the teacher studies the latest science and technology in order to convey knowledge to children. By teaching the guys, he learns something from them. During imaginary trips during lessons, he can visit any point in the Universe. Every day, every lesson is always new and interesting. There is a saying: “You cannot step into the same river twice” - this is about the work of a teacher. A lesson on the same topic in parallel classes will be different: in some it will be businesslike, where the guys jointly gain knowledge, helping each other, in another it will be playful, with a spirit of competition between students, and somewhere the guys will spend the whole lesson holding back breathing, listening to the teacher’s story, forgetting about the bell from class.
At the gymnasium where I study, all the teachers are wonderful. But there is a teacher who influenced my choice of profession. Biology teacher Natalya Vyacheslavovna Glushchenko is not only a person passionate about her subject, she is a bright, creative person. Her works serve as decoration not only for our gymnasium, but also take prizes at various exhibitions. She generously shares her passion and skill with her students and receives in return the bright and warm light of their respect and adoration. There are no indifferent listeners in Natalia Vyacheslavovna’s lessons, every student is involved in the lesson, she kindles our curiosity and this helps in studying the topic.
Every young person wants to choose a profession that will not get boring in a day, month, year, decade... Look at older teachers - they are energetic, they do not lose the ability to be surprised and enjoy life as in their youth. But I understand that the work of a teacher is hard work, there are difficulties, misunderstandings, negative attitudes from parents. If I could make a wish, I would wish for the teaching profession to be the most respected in the country. Teachers raise and teach children - the future of Belarus. This is a great responsibility.
I want to become the kind of teacher for whom the student is not a vessel that needs to be filled, but a torch that needs to be lit.

Be teacher- this is a great and wonderful thing. After all the teacher is a wizard, which opens the door for children to the world of adults. But wizards only exist in fairy tales. Therefore, it is better to say that I live in the land of fairy tales, where they are different every day. And I get great pleasure from the fact that fairy tales end well.

When I come to work in the morning, I see the eyes of my children. Children at I'm different, in some eyes I see wariness, in others - interest, in others - hope, support. I am very pleased when, upon entering the group, children ask what we are going to do today. And immediately me a spark lights up in my soul and I understand what they expect from something interesting to me, magical. They need me and have to replace the most dear person, my mother, and Means warm with your love, give the warmth of your heart.

I try to create an atmosphere of love and joy for my children, to make their lives more interesting and meaningful, because I believe that teacher who is engaged education children must have high moral qualities, deep knowledge, culture and, of course, respect and love for children.

For me my profession- this is an opportunity to constantly be in the world of childhood, in the world of fairy tales and fantasy. Working with children, I never cease to be amazed at how different, unpredictable, interesting, funny, and amazingly smart they are. Every child is unique. And I try to be a friend to children, to find my own approach to each, to understand the individuality of each, but also educate a positive attitude towards the world around them, towards themselves.

I am in demand by children, so I try to keep up with the times. This Means I improve my skills using the achievements of pedagogical science and best practices. I’m moving forward, mastering innovative technologies, unconventional methods, but I also don’t forget the good old things, preserved by the people for centuries, for example, oral folk art. A variety of knowledge is needed to satisfy the curiosity of a modern child and help him understand the world around him.

I’ve been working in a kindergarten for eighteen years, and I don’t doubt for a moment that I made the right choice. professions. Kindergarten is the most amazing land of fairy tales, where every day is different from the previous one, where every moment is a search for something new, interesting, where there is no time to be bored, quarrel and waste time on empty things, where every child is a builder of the future!

What is my profession for me?

“A teacher is also a writer,

Who doesn't write books,

And living people."

Evgeniy Yevtushenko

Who to be? This question arises sooner or later before every person. Since childhood, we all dream of becoming someone: some an actress, some a lawyer, some a journalist. All these are our dreams. And we become: one - an accountant, another - a manager, the third - a surgeon. Why does a person choose this or that profession in life? What contributes to this? Command from above? The people he meets along the way? Beautiful and tragic events that happened in life? Or maybe all together?

Choosing a profession is one of the most important moments in life. It is necessary to remember: when choosing a profession, we plan our entire subsequent life. Of course, you can change your profession, but this is often associated with loss of time, stress, and everyday troubles. It’s much better when your favorite profession is chosen and mastered once and for all. A person who completely devotes himself to it can count on both material stability and success in life.

I made my choice a long time ago. I have always been attracted to the teaching profession. I have loved portraying teachers since childhood. All my games were related to school. It was so interesting to sit down my “students” (dolls, toys) and tell them something, for the first time trying to explain to them everything that my parents taught me, and then putting grades in the journal, checking notebooks... It seemed so simple... And then He appears. This man is our Teacher, who meets us as small children at the threshold of school, opens up the world of knowledge for us and guides us through all these long school years. Then, over time, we will understand how decisive this person who came in childhood was for us.

In the life of every person, the Teacher occupies an important place. From school we begin our journey into adulthood, constantly feeling the support and attention from our teachers - people who generously share their experience, knowledge, and warmth with their students. I am sure that each of us, no matter how old he is, at least remembers the name of his first teacher or the name of his favorite teacher in the subject that he liked most at school. I remember my school sometimes with a smile, sometimes with a shudder. There were interesting, talented teachers, and there were those who shouted at us and tried to hit us with a pointer. But I am grateful to both of them, because they taught me life, not by cherishing, but by presenting all the harsh reality. From unintelligent children they turned into real people who knew how to live, fight and achieve their goals!

You may be asking why is this profession the most important? How else? After all, teachers deal with the most subtle and fragile matter - with children's souls. And they have no room for error.A teacher, pedagogue, mentor is not so much a profession as a vocation. After all, not everyone can become a brilliant artist, great musician or actor. Not everyone can become a real teacher. The teacher’s task is to see individuality even in the most ordinary person, to find his own special approach to each student.

If I were a teacher...then I would try to be like her...not just a teacher...and not just teach my subject...but be a PERSON and teach them about life...

My the first requirement for a teacher is his soul and heart, and only then professionalism, knowledge of the subject, availability of a university diploma, etc. After all, what to hide, you can have two or three higher educations, all sorts of high titles, but not be sufficiently educated in a moral sense. And it should immediately be noted thatYou can’t work at school without love for children! What is teacher love? What is unique about a teacher’s “love” for a child? The fact is that the love of an adult for a child is generally a normal and natural feeling. I can’t imagine a person who can say that he doesn’t like children. If this is so, it means that such a person has something wrong with his mental or even physical health. But if a person is healthy physically and spiritually, then for him to love children is a completely normal state. And that’s why when they say that a teacher needs to love a child, it’s funny,Every person needs to love a child, not only mom and dad, anyone should treat their child with tenderness. What kind of feeling should a teacher have towards a child? I think this way: a sense of interest. Not every ordinary person can find every child interesting. But for a teacher, every child who is in his sphere of influence should be interesting next to him. For the class teacher, these are the children of his class, for the after-school teacher, these are the children of his group, for the director, these are the students of his school. Each of these children must be interesting. And I think this is “teacher’s love,” which must necessarily manifest itself if you have chosen this profession.

I am attracted to the teaching profession, first of all, by its humanity and nobility. I think to become a teacher, you need to work a lot on yourself, improve yourself. A cruel, domineering, selfish person cannot be a teacher. But he cannot be dry, passive, closed only to himself, to his own interests. To be a teacher for me means to be a creative, individual person, constantly striving for truly human contact with students, with a rich inner world and inexhaustible vital energy.

“The teaching profession is a very strange profession.” Once upon a time Russian publicist, teacher and philosopher Simon Lvovich Soloveichik spoke about this. And he was absolutely right. “This strange thing is that for any student you educate, you must look like the “perfect person”.It's very difficult, this is the role you have to play. Then, in the future, it will become your essence, but at some stage this is the role that you must take upon yourself, “making the child fall in love with you.” We must live as we teach, openly and honestly, because everyone is looking at us. We show by our example, our principles, and our lives how to live. And we should not forget: we are always in their sight, so we have to be honest and sincere. After all, children are much more sensitive to falsehood, they react much more sharply to outside influences, and especially in the sphere of relationships between people. Yes, the relationship between teacher and student is never equal - both age differences and differences in life experience have an impact. But in one respectequality between them is mandatory - in the degree of sincerity. The child looks for an older friend and mentor in the teacher. When I become a teacher, I will try to build relationships with my students on mutual understanding, because by opening up to the child and gaining access to his inner world, the teacher thereby pushes the boundaries and enriches the content of his own “I”. The art of soul contact cannot be learned from a textbook or reduced to some set of rules. Its most important prerequisite is the sensitivity and spiritual openness of the educator himself, his willingness to understand and accept something new and unusual, to see another as himself and himself as another. Therefore, the profession itself obliges us to be strict, first of all, in relation to ourselves and, at the same time, to benamely to be, and not to seem, “your person” among children, understand and respect them. Here it is appropriate to quote the words of Gregory of Nazianzus: “To educate a person, the most fickle and most complex creature of all, is the art of arts.” After all, even in order to plan a convenient and thereby productive ax handle, you need, in addition to labor, to apply considerable skill and patience, but we are not turning an ax handle, but shaping, forming a PERSON.

No one came closer to understanding the child than the outstanding Polish teacher Janusz Korczak - a man who gave his life to children and died with them. He said this: “There are no children, there are people, but with a different scale of concepts, a different store of experience, different drives, a different play of feelings. Remember that we don’t know them"But we can help them find themselves and choose their path in this life. I repeat, it is WE: parents and teachers. Every parent wants their child to be better than them, better than everyone. They dream of a perfect person of the future. They demand a standard of virtue and behavior and, moreover, at their discretion and model. And therefore, they forget the main thing: every child has the right to be who he is. Therefore, in my work, I will always try to instill in children optimism and self-confidence. Always and everywhere, tirelessly repeat to the children, their parents, that they are the best, the smartest, the most honest and fair. I want them to feel that everything is in their hands and that what their “I” will be depends only on them. Let them believe in themselves.

While undergoing teaching practice, I realized that nowhere do you feel such a special energy as at school, next to children who grow and develop before your eyes, and you are charged with the most positive emotions from them. I don't know if this can be replaced with something. I look at them and remember myself. As we grow up, we become darker and more serious, but children bring so much positivity, childlike spontaneity and warmth. Your heart skips a beat when you enter the classroom and the kids look at you - all so different, but similar in that they live on their childhood planet according to their own laws. You can read a lot in their eyes, but the main thing is trust, which cannot be lost. Otherwise, the thread of understanding will be broken and all efforts will be in vain. And you try, you improve. This profession gives impetus to self-development and constant movement forward. I'm developing.

Any teacher knows: in order to achieve the good fruits of one’s labor, one must the most the main thing is to tell children what is really familiar and what you sincerely believe in. I will always remind my future students:“Every person is an individual. Every person is unique. Every person is inherently talented.”Every person is talented in their own way, but discovering this talent is not easy. Each of us has a hidden abyss of talents and abilities, which we are prevented from realizing even by society and lack of funds, but by lack of faith in our own abilities. Disbelief brought up in us. Therefore, everyone, not only teachers, should strive to help the child open up and realize himself in this life. After all, only self-disclosure and self-realization can reveal to a person the meaning of life and give him happiness. And it doesn’t matter when he finds his only path, it can happen at five, ten or fifty years old. The most important thing is for talent to be discovered. Therefore, a teacher is more than just a profession. This is the one who is always there, who helps you look deeper inside yourself, discover previously unknown talents, show creative abilities, reveal your true human self, and become a comprehensively developed personality. The profession then becomes a kind of way of life, completely absorbing those who devote themselves to it.

The teacher is always there. He's like a second parent. After all, he is, in fact, the person with whom the child spends even more of his time than with his parents. The teacher, along with the parents, shapes the personality of the little man.We, parents, trust the teacher with the most precious thing we have, sincerely hoping that he will not only teach our children, but also raise them in our absence. Yes exactly. The educational and educational processes are inseparable from each other. And when we take a child to kindergarten or school, we seem to agree that the educator and teacherour children will replace ourselves. At least for a while.

All teachers are very different. But for the most part, they are talented fanatics, eccentrics who can still “step on the throat” of their creative song and fill out all the necessary journals and forms almost on time, check all the diaries and notebooks. People with an unnaturally great sense of duty. Women with maternal instinct, which is distributed over a huge number of children. Chronically ill school patients. Those who know that the best remedy for all illnesses, troubles and misfortunes is communication with children.

And you just need to love your joband believe in its usefulness and necessity! After all, “Work is the best way to enjoy life,” said Immanuel Kant. So I will enjoy it, possessing the great power of every teacher - to control the hearts of his students.

And in conclusion, I can only add: Teachers open the door. You enter yourself.

Essay"I - teacher»

Sooner or later, every person faces question: Who to be? I remember an essay in 3rd grade on the topic "What do I want to be when I grow up". Then I wrote that I wanted to become teacher. Why? Probably, each of us, when choosing our future path, our profession, is guided by those people who are nearby, who influence our perception of life and whose experience evokes a response in us. During my school years, I was surrounded by wonderful teachers, professionals whom I wanted to be like. They determined my life path. And I am firmly convinced that I was not mistaken in choosing my profession. What does it mean to me to be teacher? Be teacher- this is not only an opportunity for something teach, but also the opportunity to communicate with children every day, discovering new things. Children change, and I change along with them. I like to look at the world through the eyes of children, find joy and satisfaction in this, think about my students, empathize with their successes and failures, and be responsible for them. After all « teacher» - this is not a profession, not a social position, not a hobby, not a job - this is a calling, this is life. For me to be being a teacher is what it means to live. I don't work teacher, I - teacher.

Have you ever seen a first grader walk into school for the first time? If not, then you have lost a lot. This is a sinking heart, a rapid pulse, wide eyes in delight at the new, unknown and mysteriously alluring. These huge eyes look at you with the hope that you will become not only teacher, but also a very good friend, support, inspiration. And this first-grader timidly, barely breathing, extends his tiny hand to you. He trusted you. There are so many of them, but they are all so different! One child is energetic, nimble, ready to help always and everywhere, and to answer for everyone in class. Other – full opposite: quiet, modest, silent. Each of them has their own ideas, their own special world that cannot be destroyed, which must be helped to open up. Teacher must be able to feel each child, understand his personal qualities, respect him, respect the opinion of the children's team, structure his work in such a way that children do not feel strict control over themselves and at the same time feel supported.

Just think about the boundless, colossal responsibility teachers bear on their shoulders! Profession teachers– one of the most important in the world. After all, such a profession is not for everyone. Every day we have to solve new problems. How else? After all, each student is a personality, an individuality that will never be repeated!

Reflecting on my path in life, I understand perfectly well that I cannot draw the line where my work ends and my personal life begins. This is probably my philosophy, my road, calling and leading to the happiness of teaching work, to endless life in the souls of my students. I love mine students: curious, inquisitive, doubting, asking questions. I teach them to listen and hear each other, to respect other people’s opinions, despite the fact that it may differ from their own. It is very important for me to instill in children a sensitive attitude to the joys and sorrows of other people. I build communication with my students on trust, I try to win them over. Every morning I ask myself: what will the new day bring? You need to be prepared for everything: to an irritated parent, a child in a bad mood, a quarrel, a fight and new discoveries. I have 36 students in my class. They tell their secrets, teach something new, ask questions, sometimes they just stand next to me and wait for my warm look or handshake. How they need me at these moments! And how I need them and such moments! At such moments, I feel enormous responsibility for my every word and deed.

Our children are growing up in a rapidly developing and changing world. Students today are overloaded with information. How teach them, what is good and what is bad, when we ourselves do not have time to monitor the change in the polarity of some concepts. What ways to find to warm their souls7 what should modern teacher?

Teacher must be patient. As folk wisdom says "Patience and a little effort". To the teacher you should be more tolerant of children's pranks and actions, be able to forgive insults inflicted by word or deed, always remember that every child is an individual, and an individual should not be offended by impatience.

Teacher should bring joy. The joy of learning. Learn children to enjoy the sun and rain, heat and cold, the school year and holidays, difficult exercise. Knowledge cannot be transferred like some thing. It is necessary to help you reach them, look into them and... get carried away. And there will definitely be results!

Teacher must be young at heart. Otherwise, it’s impossible, because when we work with young people, we are charged with energy and optimism from them, so our soul teachers ageless, with a twinkle. To light this fire in the soul of every child, to raise a real person capable of love, compassion, understanding, patience, a person with a flaming heart - the main task teachers.

Teacher must be a free, democratic person in order to raise a free personality who can defend his point of view, be competitive, and in demand in modern society.

Teacher by the nature of his profession he is a creator, a Creator with a capital C, for he creates Man. What this person will be like, what he will leave behind - this is the result of the teacher’s professional path.

The teacher should pay a lot of attention to the parents of his students. From interaction to mutual understanding and cooperation - this is how the work of a modern teacher with parents and society is structured.

In modern school conditions, activities teachers are diverse.

And most importantly - real teacher it should be Human: with a rich inner world and a big soul, seeing the best in other people, endowed with intelligence, kindness and love.

Many years ago I made my choice and I still consider it correct to this day.
