  • Fresh strong cucumbers - 2 kg,
  • Horseradish (root) 7 - 9 cm,
  • Carnation
  • Black Pepper Peas,
  • Allspice Peas,
  • Mustard seeds to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 sheets,
  • Garlic 4 - 5 cloves (large),
  • Bulgarian pepper 1 - 2 pieces (large),
  • Hot chili pepper - 0.5 pods,
  • Water - 2.5 liters,
  • Salt (any) - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • Vinegar (essence 70%) - 0.5 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking process:

As already mentioned, prepare jars and cucumbers.

In each sterilized jar lay out sliced ​​peeled garlic, allspice, black peppercorn, cloves, bay leaf, mustard seeds. Do not forget about horseradish roots, it will also add spice and flavor to ready cucumbers, it needs to be peeled and cut into small cubes. Cut the hot chili peppers into thin ringlets and arrange them in jars; a pair of such small ringlets will be enough in one jar.

Spread the washed cucumbers on the banks, I recommend spreading the cucumbers "standing", so more of them will go into the bank. Between cucumbers lay slices of Bulgarian pepper, which is clear of seeds. When cucumbers are not enough, you can replace a part with zucchini or zucchini, cutting them into circles.

Pour water into the pot. Pour boiling cucumbers and pepper with boiling water. Cover with covers that also need to be sterilized. Leave on for 10 - 15 minutes. After a specified time, pour the water back into the pan and boil again. At this time, spread on the banks of salt, granulated sugar and pour vinegar. Boil the water and pour it into the jar to the brim. Cover the container with a lid and leave for 40 minutes. After that, drain the water in a container for boiling and put on medium heat. Add salt and sugar to water. Bring the marinade to a boil and boil for 7 minutes. Then turn off the stove and add vinegar to the pan, mix the marinade thoroughly.

Pickled cucumbers with bell peppers for the winter - an excellent vegetable snack. If desired, pickled vegetables can be cut, seasoned with vegetable oil, you get a delicious winter vegetable salad. 🙂

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg of small cucumbers,
  • 800 g sweet pepper,
  • 4 sheets of horseradish,
  • 8 black currant leaves
  • 2 teaspoons of citric acid,
  • 8 umbrellas of dill,
  • 2 tablespoons of salt,
  • 8 cherry leaves,
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 2 heads of garlic.

Cooking:

1. Soak fresh cucumbers in cold water for 3 hours.

2. Then wash them well and cut off their tips on both sides.

3. Pepper wash, remove the seeds together with the stalk, cut lengthwise into four parts.

4. Wash and dry the jars. In each jar, put a sheet of horseradish, 2 sheets of currants, cherries, 2 umbrellas of dill and a few pieces of bell pepper.

6. Fill the cans with vegetables, fill in with prepared boiling water and let stand for 20 minutes.

7. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.

8. Pour the cucumber water back into the pan and add the prepared garlic to the jars.

9. Blend the water from the vegetables to a boil, add salt, sugar and allow for 2 minutes to boil intensely. Collect foam from the marinade, turn off the heat, add citric acid and mix.

10. Pour marinade jars of vegetables, cover with lids and roll up.

11. Banks wrap a blanket for 3 hours.

Store pickled cucumbers with peppers in a regular pantry.
