I removed the tails from tomatoes. There were some red among the greens, but I didn’t clean them.

Carrots cleaned and cut into strips, as did the Bulgarian pepper.

Carrots and Bulgarian pepper, I first fried in vegetable oil. I spent a little time on this, literally a couple of minutes, for the vegetables to turn golden.

Fried all the vegetables together, occasionally stirring them with a spatula. I spent the time on this for about 5 minutes. Tomatoes on top grabbed a crust, and at this moment I add tomato paste.

I dilute it with water, introduce spices, sugar and salt.

I allow them to insist that the sauce thickens a little, and the tomatoes absorb the whole bouquet of taste.

Ingredients:

  • water - 3 l;
  • tomato sauce - 0.5 l
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - 6 tbsp. spoons
  • green dill - 9 inflorescences;

  • bay leaf - half a piece of paper per jar;
  • tomatoes - 8-9 kg (you can take not only red, green and not quite ripe, too, fit);
  • peas black pepper - 1-2 pcs. on the jar.

I brought the original recipe, which I use myself. If you do not need so many rolled tomatoes, reduce the number of cans, proportionally reduce the amount of marinade, just to not translate products.

First of all, we select the jars and wash them. Pre-sterilization is not necessary, because we put them on sterilization already with tomatoes. At the bottom of each put a clove, dill and half a bay leaf.


If you overdo it with these spices, the tomatoes will be too spicy and not everyone will like them.


First, we throw more fruits at the bottom, we put small ones on top. Again, do not worry if not all of your tomatoes are red. From personal experience, green tomatoes in such rolls are even tastier, they remain solid and do not creep away.

When the whole container is full, prepare the marinade. To do this, pour water into the saucepan, add tomato sauce, add sugar, salt and set on the stove to boil. After boiling, boil a few minutes (it doesn't matter, hold the marinade for 7 or 10 minutes). Fill them with tomatoes.


To avoid an accident, and the jar did not burst from the hot sauce, put it on a dry towel or cloth.

In a separate small saucepan, boil for 10 minutes for a lid.


Then we cover them with cans and set them to be sterilized. If you do not have special sterilizers, use, as I do, the usual large pan. You pour half the warm water into it, put the cans of tomatoes in it, gently add water (it should close them around on the "hangers") and turn on the fire.


When the water boils, sterilize for 15 minutes. We reach and roll.

These blanks are well stored in a cold dark room.
