Salad "Region" - step-by-step recipe with photos

We present you a recipe for a simple and delicious salad with chicken with the speaker name "Club". A set of products for cooking this salad is very simple and found in every home. "Club" can be prepared for both everyday meal and festive feast. At the request, boiled chicken can be replaced with beef, pork, sausage or even mushrooms. And instead of ordinary carrots, you can use Korean carrots.

Ingredients For the preparation of the "Club" salad:

  • chicken (breast or fillet) - 300-400 g
  • carrot - 1-2 pcs.
  • onion onion - 1-2 pieces.
  • marinated cucumbers - 2-4 pieces.
  • garlic (optional) - 2-4 teeth
  • vegetable oil - for frying
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.

Recipe Salad "Region":

Chicken boil in salted water until ready (approximately 20 minutes after boiling). Then cool, separate the meat from the bones, cut into the flesh with small pieces.

Clear carrots from the peel, rinse with water, dry and rub on a large grater.


The onions also clean and rinse, then cut into small cubes.


Fry carrots in a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Give cool.


Separately in the oil frying the onions until soft. Cool.


Marinated or salty cucumbers cut into thin straw or small cubes.


In a deep salad, combine all prepared products and mix well.


Covers of garlic cleaned, rinse and skip through the press. Add grid garlic to salad and stir well again. Add salt and pepper to taste.
