One of my favorite snacks is a liver cake. Moreover, the furnace can be from any liver: chicken, pork, beef. Take the one that you love more. I will like this dish to everyone, excluding the short-circuited not lovers of the liver. Although it is called this snack "Cake", but is preparing quickly. On the festive table, such a snack looks very beautiful, and the children also eat it with pleasure. I write about children, because I know: many of them do not eat the liver, but in this embodiment they do not refuse it.

Sauce (layer) can be done in different ways. It all depends on the taste. I really like a carrot-onion with sour cream. Instead, sour cream can be used.

If you do not like carrots, you can take fried champignons with onions, or Bulgarian pepper with bow, or all together. You can also add chopped boiled eggs to "cream". Many people like the easiest and fast version of the sauce - mayonnaise with garlic. Cooking option choose to your taste.

dough:

  • beef liver (anyone else) - 500 gr.

Cooking method.

1. In principle we will deal with the liver. It must be rinsed well. If this is a chicken liver, check whether the bubbles are left. If at least one falls into the dough, then the taste will be bitter and tasteless.

2. Now the liver should be crushed. I always do it with a blender (what is being done in 2 minutes), but you can skip through the meat grinder.

3. To the liver, add eggs, flour, salt, spices. All mix together with a spoon or blender.

4. Everything, the dough is ready in 3 minutes. Now you need to bake hepatic pancakes. On a preheated frying pan, pour some oil for frying and pour our dough. Make the thickness of the pancake to their taste. But it is better not to do it very thick. When the pancake is twisted on the one hand, turn it over and suck it a little.

5. When pancakes are ready, leave them cool and cook sauce.

6. The onions are finely cut, carrot soda on a shallow grater. Put vegetables into a preheated frying pan, burst them, bring them to taste: Sung fit, pepper.

7. Now we collect a cake. The first pancake is lubricating sour cream (mayonnaise), we put vegetables from above. You can immediately mix sour cream with vegetables and missed each pancake with the finished sauce.
