Classic with chicken

In a classic recipe, beef is used, but since I did not have it at hand, I used the chicken.

Ingredients:

With mushrooms and crackers

  • meat (chicken, beef or pork) - 300-350 grams
  • fresh or ice cream mushrooms (champignons) - 200-250 grams
  • canned cucumbers - 2-3 pieces
  • onions - 2 middle heads
  • crackers - 100-150 grams
  • fresh dill - 1 small beam
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • little mayonnaise
  • some salt and mixture of peppers

How to do

  1. Cook and cool meat.
  2. Cut it with cubes.
  3. Fry mushrooms on vegetable oil.
  4. While they are fried, clean and my bow.
  5. We cut it and add to mushrooms.
  6. Fry the mixture before the transparency of the bow.
  7. Enjoy the onion mushroom mixture.
  8. Cutting canned cucumbers with cubes.
  9. Finely shining dill.
  10. Season salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
  11. We mix all the ingredients.

With green peas

Need:

  • smoked chicken or sausage - 300-400 grams
  • carrot - 3-4 small
  • canned peas - 1 jar (can be less)
  • onions - 1 piece
  • mayonnaise for refueling
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon
  • water - 50 milliliters
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon

How to cook

  1. Washing and peeled bow cut with thin half rings.
  2. We mix onions, water and sugar and marinate onions about about an hour.
  3. After that, we drain the liquid.
  4. Purified and washed carrot three on a grater.
  5. It is passover until soft in a pan with the addition of a small amount of oil, stirring regularly.
  6. We lay the carrot to the plate and leave cool.
  7. Cut the chicken (or sausage) by cubes.
  8. We mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise.
