  • 300 grams of cheese;

A kilogram of loose potatoes;

Fried mushrooms seasoned with black pepper, salt, add sour cream, stir and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Now drain the water from the potatoes, put in it butter, salt (to taste) and push the potatoes to a state of mashed potatoes. Heat the milk, pour it into the potatoes and mix everything well. Now we take a round shape for the pies (preferably with wavy rims), richly lubricate with butter and place the mashed potatoes in it. We smooth the mashed potatoes in shape, pushing the potatoes to the edges of the mold and forming rim as on pastry dough. You can do otherwise. Pour into a form and smooth out three quarters of the whole puree, and place the rest in a pastry bag, from which you can squeeze the rim around the potato cake circumference.

In the resulting deepening lay out the onion-mushroom stir-fry with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Now our potato cheese casserole is sent to the oven, which we will turn on beforehand and preheat to 180 degrees. We bake our creation for about half an hour.
