Components:


Put the oil on a hot frying pan. We clean the onion and cut it with a sharp knife on the board into half rings. Send to fry in melted butter. We get dumplings from the freezer.

We take a glass brazier, spread semi-finished products tightly to each other. Top with a layer of fried onions, salt, season with spices. We stretch the foil on top, pinning it tightly over the sides of the dish, and put it in the oven preheated to 185 ° C for 40 minutes.

  • Homemade sour cream - 450 grams;
  • Ground red and black pepper - to taste;
  • Medium onion - 1 head;
  • Small carrots - 1 piece;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.

Pour the sifted flour into a deep enameled bowl, make a well in the middle and beat in the egg. Salt and begin to knead with the fingers of one hand, gradually adding water. After the clot begins to move along the layer of flour at the bottom of the container, spread it on the work surface, and make a steep homogeneous dough.

Cover it with a plastic bowl and let it rest. We clean the vegetables, make cuts of arbitrary shape, pour oil into a saucepan and fry them.

We spread the minced meat in a large container, add the grated garlic, spices and mix thoroughly. From the dough we form a long sausage with a diameter of 2 - 3 cm and cut into patches 1 - 1.5 cm thick.

Dip their ends in flour, roll out with a rolling pin. Put the minced meat in the middle with a small spoon, fold in half and connect the edges.

Having worked out all the dough, we tightly lay the dumplings in a deep roasting pan. Sprinkle with fried vegetables, pour sour cream and put in an oven preheated to 190 ° C for one hour.

We put in an oven heated to 190 ° C for 30 minutes.
