Hepter with butter

With a minimum of hassle, a few simple culinary actions, the usual liver pate convert into an elegant presentable roll with a contrasting filling of butter. Ingredients:

  • chicken liver (or other) - 500 g;
  • onion - 150 g;
  • carrot - 100 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • butter - 100 g

  1. The liver, rinse several times under the jet of water, cut into medium sized pieces. We dry on a hot frying pan with vegetable oil 2-3 minutes, setting the maximum heating.
  2. After turning over the pieces, they fry the second side for a couple of minutes.
  3. We load on the whiten of the leek, pre-peeled and peeled with small cubes, as well as carrots, grated a large straw, mix the mixture. By reducing the fire, steer the contents of the frying pan under the lid for 10-15 minutes - until the fullness of the liver and softening of the onion with carrots. Solim / Perchym.
  4. Having cooled, we shift the liver with vegetables into a comfortable dishes, with the help of a submersible blender, we crush the mass to minimal graininess (or we skip the ingredients via the meat grinder).
  5. The working surface is covered with a leaf of dense foil, on top of a smooth layer with a thickness of about 1 cm smearing the hepatic mass.
  6. The creamy oil is removed in advance from the refrigerator, let it make it most at room temperature. Already thoroughly softening creamy oil mass we distribute a thin layer in patestone.   8. Wrapped with foil, we remove the pate in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. During this time, the oil will freeze, and the appetizer will "grow up" and will better keep the form. After the specified time, the appetizing hepatic roll with oil can be smeared on bread and carry to the table!
