At 88 years old, I can say that I consider health and happiness to be the most important principles in my life. Many of you who have read my books know that my childhood was not easy, and later I often lacked either money or education.

Then I made a discovery that influenced my entire life and health: we create our future with every thought. This humble idea changed the entire course of my life. I have discovered that if I create peace, health and harmony in my mind, I can create it in my body and the world around me.

This book is neither a tribute to the latest fashion nor a fantasy. It talks about how to create a life that nourishes and sustains you. It is about ancient healing wisdom that fits well with a busy work schedule. And also about your importance. I have often heard from you how young and energetic I look. Or: “When I get old, I want to be as healthy.” In this book I share everything that I do for this purpose myself. For me, this is another stage in changing your thinking. It's about making lifestyle changes so that you can lovingly take care of your body and nourish it accordingly.

I have always loved learning new things and I believe that any hand that touches me is a healing hand. I have found many wonderful people who are great at this and often share with the world the things I have learned from them. I wanted to introduce them to as many people as possible, and it took me two years to do this, but now, a decade later, they have supporters in all countries of the world.

Almost 11 years ago, Louise Hay contacted me and offered to work together. Imagine my excitement! I noticed from the very beginning that Louise was ready to do anything for the love and support of her healthy body. What I didn't expect was constant laughter - all we did was laugh! However, this is what makes Louise stand out - she brings fun to the serious work of healing.

My deepest desire is to serve others, and I am grateful for the gift of being a conduit for bodily messages. My mission is to support people as they listen to their bodies and try to respond lovingly to its needs. This book teaches this too.

Heather: My career began in a corporate environment. I worked to identify and overcome patterns that prevent people and businesses from thriving. Systems thinking involves considering symptoms not in isolation from the whole organism, but as part of a single system. This is akin to “holistic” health, in the structure of which a person is understood as a whole and from this point of view his well-being is assessed. One of the most difficult problems of the corporate world that I have encountered in 15 years of work has been overwork and the gradual accumulation of stress, which has a negative impact on the health of workers. I was quickly climbing the career ladder when I realized that there was not a single healthy person around, starting at the level of vice president. People fainted, had major surgeries and missed work, showed up to the office exhausted, and suffered from numerous chronic illnesses. And, to be honest, I was one of them. It was then that I decided that health is more important than work, bustle and everything else.

This book describes the journey I took to overcome supposedly incurable illnesses and addictions, and how I used my skill to identify the root cause of my symptoms and improve my health. Ten years ago, I left my corporate career to become a certified professional coach and further specialized in nutritional hygiene, dietetics, yoga, and energy medicine. I have been very fortunate to have researched and written hundreds of articles with leading nutritionists, doctors and energy therapists. And I had the great fortune of meeting two kindred spirits, Louise Hay and Ahlea Khadro, who led a similar lifestyle that allowed them not only to achieve good health, but also to help millions of other people in this matter.

I met Louise eight years ago in Los Angeles at a food hygiene seminar. We were united by a love for healthy products and a willingness to learn everything there is to know about health. A year later, Louise brought me together with Ahlea - she really is a kindred spirit, she is also a laugher and a supporter of a healthy lifestyle! Since then, we have been laughing so hard, at the same time revealing to people the secrets of health - both ancient and modern. About this book

Any passion sooner or later becomes paramount. The three of us are passionate about health, and we often find ourselves deep in conversations about how easy it is to achieve if you use the right ingredients. Two of them, as Louise always taught, are thoughts and food. If you deal with them, then good health will not keep you waiting.

Over the years, we have made discovery after discovery for ourselves, delving into homeopathy, genetics, nutrition, cooking and energy medicine. Louise's health is the focus of our entire team; Besides that, we both work with clients. This book presents several cases from the lives of our clients, and you will appreciate the strength of the human body and consciousness in those moments when it seems that everything is lost.

A couple of years ago, when Ahlea was pregnant, we came up with the idea to write this book. We discussed the birth of a new life and how to make it healthy and happy; I had so many thoughts that I wanted to write them down. From the cradle to the end of our days, good health - good health - gives us the necessary support for reflection, growth, development, everyday life and love. There are plenty of “diet” books out there, but this one is unique: it invites you to listen to your body and tune in to your unique personal wisdom, while at the same time enlisting support in the form of pillars, recipes, practical tips and information about how your body works.

Most people do not understand what to eat, especially if they have a disease, such as an autoimmune disease. We teach you to listen to your body first and choose according to your taste. We have divided the book into two parts. The first part teaches seven enjoyable steps to healthy eating and thinking. And each chapter begins with a statement from Louise, which sets the tone for further presentation:

Chapter 1 invites you to think about what health is and develop an attitude that taps into your innate ability to heal. We remove the terrible mystery from the disease and give advice on stimulating the natural healing of the body.

Step No. 1. A new look at health

Each of us has our own story of life and health - what happened, what has become, and where we are going. We have retold this story a thousand times to ourselves and others. But what if your current situation and past troubles are not important? What if you discover the truth - that your body was called to heal? What if this whole biography is a love story?

You have probably been taught to seek help from outsiders - doctors and specialists. That's where they'll “fix” you. What if it turns out that, in addition to their wise advice, you have colossal inner strength? Well, that's how it is - it exists!

You have the power to start listening to your body. Your body, like everything else in life, is a mirror of your thoughts and beliefs. Every cell responds to every thought you think and every word you say, and therefore persistent patterns of thinking and beliefs can set bodily behavior and patterns of comfort and discomfort. 3

Loving yourself means the same amount of love you just had for them. If you find it too difficult to love yourself enough, then know that you are not alone in this.

As you begin to love yourself more, you will easily give yourself what you need without waiting for the end of the list of urgent things to do. True, sometimes you yourself don’t know what you need. Right now you are living one hundred percent. There can be nothing interesting about what is happening to you here and now. What's the point of wasting precious minutes reminiscing about the events of the past day, mentally trying to correct anything in them.

It is impossible to return to that very (even very bright and memorable) day or moment, to those same friends and lovers. They are no longer the same, they are completely different. You need to gently let go of images from the past, mentally wave your hand to them goodbye. Your heart is designed to appreciate and love the unique and beautiful present.

An important point in achieving your desire is to learn to be happy regardless of anyone; when you blossom and feel that you have found harmony and inner strength, a turning point will come.

You will become attractive to others, you will attract others who are equally wise and strong.

Do you dream of finding a partner, a loved one, a life partner? Amazing! So what is he like?

Clearly imagine his appearance, height, eye and hair color, facial features, smile. In addition to appearance, you need to present certain character qualities, features, habits, and preferences of your ideal companion. You need to attract your loved one with the power of thought. It is enough if you simply imagine it in your mind.

Take a sheet of pink paper (pink attracts the energy of love).

Write down the advantages of your ideal companion on one side of the paper, and on the other side of the paper the disadvantages that you agree to put up with.

For example: I wrote decent, smart, calm, etc. on the other side I wrote about the shortcomings that I agree to put up with, but which I am not very pleased to see in my partner, for example: smoking, weak-willed... which I repeat is very, very important.

My advice to you is not to include external characteristics like “slender, handsome, brunette with a mansion” here. Your partner is your choice. Take your time. Devote more time to this process. You can add to this list every day with a new quality that is attractive to you.

The most interesting thing is that if you skip this part of the exercise, then finding the “ideal” partner will be very difficult, because each person may have his own weaknesses. After all, there are, for example, people who like to create miniatures on rice grains or keep lizards in baths.

If you list the harmless "sins" of your future lovers, you can be insured against such surprises. It is much better to predict them in advance, to your liking, than to suffer later from unpredictable eccentricities. Have you written? Amazing!

Now put the leaf in a box. It is advisable that the box be in the shape of a heart and beautiful, in order to fully correspond to the theme. Tie the box with a red ribbon to activate the energy of love, and put it in a secluded place. Now... completely forget about what you did.

I emphasize that this is a very important point. When you are in a calm, relaxed state, your desires will be realized faster and more effectively than when you are tensely awaiting the result.

A little advice for you. If a new acquaintance appears in your life and does not meet your desires, then you do not need to “take what they give.” Remember, you always have a choice! Trust your intuition and your body. It, your body, usually knows very well what you need and sends signals in the form of pleasant or unpleasant sensations. For example, you see a person for the first time, and he (despite even your positive thinking) evokes in you an inexplicable feeling of hostility. Be sure that such a person will not bring you anything good in the future.

My advice to you is to give up desperate attempts to find love, keep an unfaithful lover, or return an insidious liar. Be sure that on your path you will attract those who you really need, who love you sincerely and tenderly and who appreciate you.

Ancient Slavic rituals with candles to find love.

Need to buy a couple of red candles and while the candle is burning, make a wish for happy love and, looking at the flame of the candle, imagine the face of your beloved. Every time you light a candle, say kind words out loud to yourself, for example: In the name of love. These rituals should be done once a week regularly, for at least 5-10 minutes. At the end of this ritual, you need to extinguish the candle flame (an important point) only with your fingers so that your energy does not disappear.
