Pita with rice:

Recipes for pita bread fillings:

1) Crab sticks stuffing:
1 package of crab sticks chop. Add parsley and dill, garlic and mayonnaise to taste. The filling should not be liquid. Add 100 g of grated cheese and mix.

2) Curd filling:
200 g of cottage cheese mixed with garlic, dill. Add mayonnaise, mix.

3)  Stuffing with cheese:

4) Canned filling:
a can of fish in butter mash. Add 200 g grated cheese, dill and mayonnaise.

6)  Pita bread with ham and cheese:

8)  Stuffing with chicken:

9) Pita with minced meat and cheese:
Combine 100 g of grated cheese with 200 g of fried minced meat, garlic, 1 can of white beans, 1 bell pepper and mayonnaise.

10) Cheese and green stuffing:
200 grams of cheese grate. Add salt, mayonnaise and lots of cilantro, dill and parsley.

11) Egg stuffing:
Spread one onion in vegetable oil and mix with 1 boiled egg, 2 boiled carrots, 2 melted curds (grated), mayonnaise and greens.


12) Vegetable filling for pita:
Grate 1 fresh carrot and 2 fresh cucumbers. Add 2 tomatoes, 2 eggs, garlic, chopped walnuts, parsley, dill, mayonnaise.

13)  Pita bread with chicken:
smoked chicken meat, braised champignons, melted cheese, steamed prunes, lettuce, mayonnaise

You can make several layers of pita in a roll, alternating them with different fillings. The ratio of products we take to your taste.

  For example, 3-sheets Armenian pita bread recipe :
1 sheet  not much grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely chopped egg (1-1.5 eggs per leaf);
2 sheets -  the same mayonnaise, add finely chopped crab sticks (or canned fish in its own juice, or fried onion-carrot mushrooms);
3 sheets- do as the first (mayonnaise and egg).
We fold all the sheets on each other and gently twist the tube. We put in the refrigerator for 0.5-2 hours.



Lavash four layer:

We decorate the leaf of lavash with mayonnaise, lay the diced ham on top.
Cover with the second sheet. Coat it with ketchup, on top of a layer of canned corn.
Again, cover with a sheet of pita. On it we put circles of tomatoes.
We cover the last pita.
