2. Now prepare the curd filling: add honey, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, washed and steamed raisins and sour cream to the curd. Adjust the taste of the filling as it is cooked and add everything you like there. It should make a delicious curd mass. If the cheese is dry, you can add more sour cream.

3. Beat up the egg and grease it over the entire surface of the pita bread, and then spread the curd filling on it evenly, moving it a little to the edge.
