  Canned peas recline in a sieve or colander. Add to the soup when the vegetables are ready. Give boil, cook for three minutes at a low boil. We try on the salt, perhaps, after adding the peas, we will need to salt the soup (the peas will give a slightly sweet taste).




  We return to the soup wings and meat, removed from the bones. If you wish, you can add any fresh or frozen herbs. Leave the soup for a few minutes to boil and turn off.




  Spread hot soup in portions of tureens or deep plates and serve to the table. You can add sour cream or grate a slice of garlic. Enjoy your meal!
