3. Marinated Roasted Peppers

Ingredients:

  2. garlic - 4 tooth.,
  3. parsley - 6 wet.,
  4. olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.,
  5. wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.,

At peppers, cut off the stem, remove the seeds. In a pan with hot oil, fry them on all sides until golden brown. Then reduce the heat to minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pepper, often turning over, for 20 minutes. Put the peppers in a deep dish.

Crush parsley and garlic, mix them, seasoned with salt, pepper and vinegar. Pour into the mixture the liquid remaining after frying the pepper, and mix again. Put the resulting marinade on top of the peppers and leave to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

4. Pasta and Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

  1. pasta - 200 g,
  2. bulgarian pepper - 2 pcs.,
  3. carrots - 2 pcs.,
  4. green onions - 4 stalks,
  5. olives - 100 g,
  6. olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.,
  7. salt, pepper - to taste.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, cool.

Add to them the diced peppers and carrots, chopped green onions, olives cut into ringlets. Add oil, season, mix and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

5. Fried eggs in pepper

Ingredients:

  1. bulgarian pepper (red and yellow) - 2 pcs.,

Ingredients:

  2. mushrooms (any) - 300 g,
  3. rice - 80-100 g,
  4. onion - 2 pcs.,
  5. carrots - 2 pcs.,
  6. tomato - 2 pieces,
  7. vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.,
  8. salt, pepper - to taste.

Pepper wash, carefully cut the tops (do not throw them away) and remove the seeds. Soak the rice in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

Clean, rinse, and slice the mushrooms. Fry them in a pan with 1 tbsp. l heated oil. Then add one diced onion and one grated carrot. Cook until onions and carrots until tender.

Mix rice and fried mushrooms with onions and carrots, season. Fill the prepared peppers with the filling.

In a frying pan with 1 tbsp. l warm oil, add the second onion, cut into half rings, lightly fry. Then add the second carrot and grated tomatoes. Season and fry until the liquid evaporates.

Put the onions with carrots and tomatoes in a saucepan in which you will simmer the peppers. Put stuffed peppers on top, cover with pending tops and add water to the pan so that it reaches the edge of the peppers, salt it. Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Serve with sour cream.

7. Chicken fillet roll with bell pepper

Ingredients:

  1. chicken fillet (breast) - 2 pcs.,
  2. bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.,
  3. cheese - 50 g,
  4. garlic - 2 tooth.,
  5. parsley - 5-6 wet.,
  6. vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.,
  7. salt, pepper - to taste.

Fry the chicken fillet from both sides (first wrap the chicken with cling film so that the meat juice spray does not fly in all directions). Season the resulting chops and leave to pickle.

Chop together garlic and parsley. Bulgarian pepper cut into thin long strips and fry in vegetable oil until soft. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Spread half of the prepared products on each chop: first garlic with parsley, then cheese sticks and toasted pepper slices on top.

Blender the Bulgarian pepper and add the puree to the pan. Cook until thick. At the end of cooking, add chopped garlic, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook a little more. Lyutenitsa should resemble sour cream in density.

Serve with bread and cheese.
